The staff is friendly and hospitable , he led us to the room with hot match tea, and we got a tea souvenir the next day. The public outside onsen is also the highlight, we enjoy very much with Kasuaga hotel and hope we would visit again soon in the future!”

“飯店離車站非常近，走路只要一分鐘就到了，附近生活機能便利，重點是服務超好，櫃檯旁邊有提供免費的冰、熱咖啡&紅茶然後我上次去的時候櫃台還拿點心給我吃，大推!要說缺點的話大概就是他們的金屬床架不夠牢固會有一點聲響吧。”
