“Property is good. We stayed here quite a few times. In the last visit I noticed the attending staffs keep standing there for tips which is awkward. One of them actually asked for it which is rare in such high priced properties.”

“The room definitely could have been cleaned better. I had a room with no windows. Had to annoyingly leave the keys every morning for a clean. The ringing noise could be every morning, it was a crazy buzzing noise. It drive me insane. The short female lady on reception took extra money on check out, and was rude through me whole stay, staff done acknowledge you, room service took forever, housekeeping took 40mins to drop my a towel on 3 occasions. Best part is it quite local to beach and temple. ”

“Hotel has no elevator, steps are high, no accessible room. I didn't stay there. I have to leave the hotel because my wife need accessible room and they dobt have a single room which ir accessible for a person with difficulty in mobility. I have arrived around 8:30 pm.
