“A perfect spot to get away from the busy Melbourne everyday grind. Friendly, loveable doggies greeted us for a play after we were welcomed by geese and chooks. The modern cottage was so very peaceful, clean, comfortable and the walk down to the river was lovely! Gorgeous location to use as a base with mod cons to come home to. Thank you so much to the hosts for a super clean, comfortable and gorgeous location. We wish we could’ve stayed longer ”

“Great place for a family vacation! We loved swimming, playing on the playground equipment and exploring local pubs and cafes. The cottage was very spacious and there was lots of room inside and out for our child to play. The hosts were really lovely and helpful and made us feel very welcome.”

“We spent two nights at this property and enjoyed the location and comfort of this home.The only letdown was bed sheets and bedding which did not smell nice and not felt clean, when i removed blanket from one of single bed, there were hair on bed. Overall host was easy to connect responsive. House had everything.”

“My family stayed at Jacomb's Cottage (me, my husband, two teenage daughters and my parents-in-law from overseas). It is such a cute, comfortable and historical cottage! We had a lovely time. The cottage is a short walking distance to almost everything in town. We loved all the history in Walhalla, the walks in the hillside nearby, the gold mine and we even did a ghost tour! “The Stay at this property was everything I had hoped for. It was in a beautiful location and fairly easy to get to. The little room was clean, perfectly size and had lovely large windows to see the view. The amenities were tidy and worked exactly as they should. Contact with the host via text was super breezy and the host was incredibly accommodating. Overall, my partner and I had an amazing time and I would highly recommend if you want some intimate time away.”
