“Was assigned the 4th floor which is not accessible by lift. First night: bathroom was flooded because drainage in the shower didn’t work Second day: power cut in my room while I was having a virtual meeting - due to short circus As a 5star hotel or it claims itself to be it’s rather disappointing ”

“優點︰前台服務非常好，房間比想像中大，整體舒適，房間有瓶裝水，樓下也有飲水機很方便。地點是3個地鐵站附近，非常方便，樓下有酒吧街，有甜品店。 缺點︰有一晚不小心弄污床單，但第二天發現污跡仍在，才發現床單沒有更換，明白環保原因未必每天更換床單，但有明顯污跡就應該更換。另外洗澡去水很慢，容易溢出。熱水爐是儲水式，要預先開啟，而且熱水很快用完，要注意。很多人也提及隔音問題，是會有外面車的聲音，但我認為可接受。”

“The hotel was reasonably clean and stylish, but the bed was not very comfortable. The hotel also did not provide any complementary goods such as shaving cream/ moisturiser etc. Overall I think you can find a better hotel if you spend that amount of money”

“Very good location, just opposite to the Tanjong Pagar MRT Exit A in 2 mins walk. Also around the hotel, there is the FairPrice supermarket. Walk along the Tanjong Pagar road, there are many restaurants. However, 4 comments: 1. The check-in experience was bad, as they first given me the room which was not yet housekeeping after last use, and finally changed another room to me. 2. The new room assigned was normal, but the refrigerator was not working properly, which makes our drinks bought during……
