“We have nothing but positive to say about our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay, Bintan. The resort is new and modern and very airy providing a truly relaxing atmosphere the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus from the jetty. Staffs were super attentive and provided beyond 5-star customised service to us ensuring our stay was a truly memorable one. Rooms were spacious with a great ocean view; the balcony was comfy. “Excellent from top to bottom but breakfast and dinner service was slow and personnel still unsure what to do and how to serve. More training needed. EG- my Soup for starters arrived at the same time my Leg of Lamb. Waiter had no idea which he should give me first. Laughable but please at a 5 Star !!”
