“We were lucky staying this property in autumn. View from windows were just perfect. Property is very clean and has character. Owner is very friendly and response was quick. I recommend this property for 2 couples, family of 4 with pets. The best thing is not too far from city. However experience is totally countryside’s relaxing getaway.”

“Novella and Bob were wonderful hosts and very thoughtful which helped us settle us very quickly. As this was winter time we appreciated the fire already alight and even the electric blanket was on. “Where to begin! This stunning and cozy cottage was the perfect base to operate out from for our stay. The rustic beauty and charm made for a cozy stay, but didn't hold back on modern comforts. The bathroom and shower is updated and modern and we were pleasantly surprised by the toiletries supplied. The space was well cleaned and inviting with attention to detail. The locale is surrounded by natural beauty and very close to Hanging Rock. Farm animals abound, we made a few 4-legged friends!……

“I arrived late after dark and the destination / address listed was not where my confirmation said - despite a new GPS in a new Ford Ranger then google maps on my phone - I simply could not find the place. Signage needs to be improved off the main road- I actually can’t say if the place actually exists! I wouldn’t mind a refund or a credit to stay another time. I had to drive 40 Km away to get into a motel to get to my son at Puckapunyal the next day for a March out. Really disappointed 😢”
