“Great property. Great host. Already booked it for next year. We have17 people in our family and this property was perfect for our large group. Great location on the River, property was huge. Plenty of room for my grandchildren to play wiffle ball and catch. Great fishing, my sons and grandchildren caught a bunch of stripers. Kitchen was well stocked, filtered tap water and a large ice maker. Highly recommended.”

“It's a lovely historic home with those types of quirks: narrow and steep stairs, railing that is definitely not up to code, original windows, not well insulated so it's a good thing that the neighborhood is quiet, one nail sticking out of the original floors in the DR near thr kitchen door. It was kept clean other than some cobwebs in corners. It is comphy but the furniture is all antiques to fit the vibe so some of it is fragile (curio tqble by front door had a busted leg when we arrived for……

“Location walking distance to everything, house well maintained, fenced back yard. The only thing that should be upgraded is upstairs air conditioning. We could not get inside temperature below 79 F on hot days. Maybe upsize capacity. Downstairs cooling was good. ”

“Stayed 4 nights in August and had a great stay. Home was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The best part was the crabbing off the dock! Many thanks for use of the crab pots - we had at least a dozen keepers each day from the pots, plus another half dozen caught with handlines. If there was one slight issue, it was that the only bathroom is on the first floor while all bedrooms were on the second. But this is a design of the house, so nothing that……

“We had a fabulous time at this location. The house is beautiful. Everything was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. Holly and Nash were very responsive and accommodating to us, even to go as far as ordering something for my baby to use at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and has so many things to do and not even have to leave, fire pit, hot tub, games, pool table plus and amazing master shower!!! We will definitely come back next year. ”
