“Das Apartment in guter Lage entsprach unseren Erwartungen, war neu, funktionell sowie modern eingerichtet und mit Backofen, Klimaanlagen und Waschmaschine gut ausgestattet, wenn auch -wie so häufig und speziell in Italien- nicht wirklich zum dort richtig kochen eingerichtet, wobei unser Vermieter sofort von uns vermisste Utensilien besorgt und gebracht hat. Sowieso war dieser immer erreichbare Kontakt sowohl im Vorfeld als auch vor Ort vorbildlich, er hat nicht nur gute Empfehlungen, sondern auf……

“Das Haus ist liebevoll und detailreich renoviert, die Lage in der Obstplantage mit Blick auf den Ätna sicher einzigartig. Wir hatten genug Platz für alle 9 Personen. Es war etwas schwierig, das Haus warm zu bekommen, aber mit steigenden Außentemperaturen wurde es wärmer. Die Lage ist für Besichtigungen perfekt”

“We actually got to see Mount Etna make some fire. The view of the coastline and the sea is incomparable. The furnishings are like new. The blood orange tree on the patio dropped oranges every day. The apartment is on the edge of a vertical highway which creates noise all day and night. This was not a problem, except when motorcycles came by. Three items on the description were not available and need to be mentioned. There was no microwave, no dryer, and no coffee machine. Local transportation……

“Wir waren drei Tage in Rosannas Wohnung und es hat uns dort gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und der Kontakt zu der Eigentümerin, bzw. die Schlüsselübergabe waren problemlos. Wlan in allen Zimmern hat ebenfalls gut funktioniert. Heizung erfolgte über die Klima-Anlage, war aber auch ok. Grazie mille Rosanna! ”
