“Very cute little place, we enjoyed the decore and location quite a bit. Only downside is that it is right by the police station and so it was pretty noisy with the fire trucks going by and also if you’re sensitive to gas smells, the gas fireplaces are a bit much. Overall, I would stay there again but I would go in the spring when you can open the windows and have ear plugs. ”

“The property is clean and well-managed. It's well furnished with everything a guest would need. The hosts were very accessible and easy to communicate with. The property has a nice view of Valdez and is midway between the town and the ski area.”

“The location is great but the condo is a bit tired. The TV set-up is out of the 1990's. There were no instructions on how to use the TV or the fireplace and I had to have maintenance come figure it out. The heating system is loud and outdated. The condo generally needs to be updated. ”

“Nice location with some pine trees around the property and reserved parking. Just a few mins from the store and a couple restaurants within walking distance. The place was super comfortable and nice. I would reserve this place again. ”

“Everything is just as advertised. Would be helpful to have written instructions for both TVs. The one upstairs in the king room was inoperative. Was unable to light The fireplace because nothing to light with. Enjoyed the river in the back and furniture was comfortable. Walking distance to the entire downtown area. ”

“The cleanness was terrible, sheets on master was dirty with lotion spilled between sheets, hair and stains all over the sheets. Came out with a fast wash on the laundry. Housekeeping didn’t change sheets or towels. It was folded dirty. The spare sheets was all dirty and also used crumbled inside a messy closed. All the blankets and sheets are dirty inside the closet. We had to wash the sheets and towels when we arrived at night. It was a huge disappointment. Bunk beds blanked ripped. No use to……
