Please be awake: black elephant boutique and 88 fine hotel are combined.
We booked a room in 88 fine hotel and was expecting to sleep in one of the detached rooms as per photos in the booking- however we stayed on the second floor of the black elephant boutique. The stairs are very steep- so would recommend when booking to book first floor if needed!

“A fantastic small hotel on the river. The staff were amazing and the food and service were just as good. They offer a free boat service to cross the river and also free activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding. I would stay here again for sure 👌”
“The breakfast was excellent, proper traditional Thai dishes with amazing quality and taste. Coffee was amazing where it’s hard to find in Thai hotels. Super affordable where we have no idea how they make money from how little they charged.
Allowed us to checkin really early, helpful staff, cleaned rooms and we booked 3 from the presidential suite to standards rooms. All was amazing for the price.
