“I totally enjoy this stay. Better than expected. I arrived late and only stay for one night so didn’t have too much time to experience all the facilities. It’s go Sauna room, swimming pool (for both adult and children), gaming room, children play room, spa services. What impressed me is the handicap free design inside the room. “The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed.”

“之前曾经通过携程预订在这里住过十晚，当时曾经遇到一些WiFi网速问题和房门隔音不好楼下传来噪音的问题，但是都得到了酒店及时妥善的解决，工作人员都很耐心。这次入住感觉网速有了明显的提升，房间还是那么整洁干净，屋内的设计一贯的统一而优雅，位于市中心交通也非常便利。内部的围楼设计非常奢华，尤其到了晚上的灯光开启后，整个大堂有种电影里的感觉。酒店最大的亮点就是健身房和游泳池了，空间都非常大，适合热爱运动的人士入住，这里可以说是我在金奈住过的最大泳池和健身房了。同时体验过一次Spa，非常舒适惬意。酒店的早餐种类丰富，光线很好，早上用餐令人感觉心情愉悦。但是就是肉类较少，希望以后能多提供一些肉类。最后，还是感谢酒店工作人员热情的招待与贴心的服务，以后还会继续入住的。”

“Very comfortable stay that was better than other more expensive hotels we booked during this visit to chennai. Staff was friendly and ready to help with any requests we had. They extended checkout by an hour and also stored luggage. Mouli helped with every request we had and weighed our suitcases too for our flight. “The breakfast is excellent including cucumber juice ,carrot juice.good for girl! Staff is kind that they allows us to change room from a noisy one.
