“Beautiful countryside cottage. Perfect location for excursions along the coast. The property manager Patrick was super helpful with recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer! This is a gem of a property in a quiet town but close drive to many beautiful attractions along the western Ireland coast.”

“Hector's House is an excellent two bedroom apartment in Kilrush. It's clean, has comfy beds, a great living room, lots of hot water, a brilliant kitchen and a super television. The wifi is brilliant. We loved everything about this place. One tiny niggle - on the day we left we found some board games in a drawer in the hall! If we had known about these earlier, we would have used them! Definitely worth adding some information to the house information booklet (which is wittily written by the way),……

“Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig mit tollem Ausblick. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gut und die Räume sind großzügig bemessen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat bei einem Problem sofort und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit reagiert. Trotzdem eine kleine Kritik. In der Küche könnten die Pfannen und Töpfe (Griffe teils wackelig) ausgetauscht sowie Sekt- und Weingläser ergänzt werden, so dass es für 8 Personen reicht. Zwei der Küchenstühle brauchen eine Überarbeitung, weil das Gestell……

“As a large family with siblings travelling in from around the world to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday, we spent weeks trying to find a venue that would be suitable for a large family with kids ranging from 2 to 18. This venue was absolutely perfect for a weekend gathering of all ages . Maretta was so helpful in helping us coordinate a jumping castle, catering, a birthday cake. The space was perfect for a large group and Maretta and her husband couldn't have been more helpful. The bar area……

“House was great for a group of friends with kids ranging from 7 to 11 with plenty of outdoor space for the kids to run around. Property was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommended this property. Loved the welcome basket of scones and fresh bread.”

“Enjoyed our stay in the country. We stayed 3 days and toured the surrounding area from the cliffs of moher to ring of Kerry. Rooms and beds very comfy and shower warm and good pressure. It took some learning to get the hang of the water/shower system in Ireland so written notes would be helpful. Didn’t use washer and dryer since confusing how to use. Loved the cows! Very fun to watch. ”
