Superb apartment on Tarifa beach

This apartment will help you have an exceptional holiday in Tarifa, as it combines an ideal location with all the modern comforts.

It is indeed perfectly located in Tarifa, because:

- 15 meters from the beach of Balnéario (world famous kitesurf spot) with a magnificent view of the sea, the beach of los lances until valdevaqueros, and the sunset

- 2 minutes walk from the old Tarifa and the port, where all the nightlife takes place.

Possibility of kitesurf and surf just in front of the apartment, both by levante and by poniente

- The beach right in front of the building is sheltered from the levante, and by poniente, the beach of playa chica is at 3 minutes on foot, and it is protected from the poniente. So there is always a place for children and non-kitesurfers to enjoy the beach

So you can do everything on foot, avoiding traffic jams in the summer.

In addition to this perfect location, the apartment was completely renovated in June 2019. It is fully equipped, has the latest innovations in home automation: speaker connected to control the voice through music, lights, robotic vacuum, television, and the front door. You will have access to our Netflix account, Amazon premium video, and Apple Music to enjoy it. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated centrally.

It is perfect for a family and the practice of surfing and kitesurfing, we have a room to keep and rinse all your equipment. Windsurfer warning: the apartment is on the 4th floor without lifts, not really recommended if you have a lot of equipment.

To change from the beach, you are 2 hours from Seville, 1h30 from ronda and its famous white village, 40 minutes from vejer de frontera, 1 hour from Cadiz, 1 hour from Marbella, 35 minutes from Tánger (Morocco) by ferry, and 2h30 of grenade. Cultural activities and visits are not lacking in the area, to change the beach. Beach Aparment
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub am Stadtstrand von Tarifa. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Wassersportler geeignet. Kitesurfen und Wellenreiten direkt vor der Haustür. Fussläufig gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Bars. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Smells like cat pee
This property was not in great condition and the experience all the way around was poor. To start with, the owner said there would be no issues with parking at this time of year yet when we got there there was absolutely no parking anywhere. We had to drive around for 20+ minutes to find a spot. When we arrived it was unclear what to really do as the person you needed to meet with didn’t really answer the call at the door as expected, just buzzed us up and it was unclear where to really go. After getting upstairs, we had to wait with a moderately unfriendly man who was not the owner while we waited for his wife to come with the key? Very odd in general. Then when she arrived she didn’t speak any English at all so we were translating through the unwilling man. Last and most importantly, the unit REEKED of cat pee I understand a unit being pet friendly but to walk in and be hit with that pervasive smell all over the unit was terrible. If you’re allergic to cats, DO NOT RENT THIS. The owner apparently has a cat as there was a cat tree in the living room and a cat bed in the closet, neither of which you ever see in photos. Additionally, when we opened the sheets for the main bed, there was a small bug that looked a lot like a bed bug in the sheets and the sheets also had old stains on them. We left and found a hotel to stay at and we never were able to get any refund back. Huge waste of money and a terrible experience, would not recommend staying here.

Nice apartment
The apartment is nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen, including sharp knives (one of my pet peeves about vacation rentals is bad knives). The building is a bit run down though. It’s right on the beach so if it’s not too windy, would be great for walking. Old Tarifa is very close and is a lovely place to wander around.

Really nice place in a really nice spot
The flat is really, really nice. Super well decorated, fantastic location as close to the beach as can be. A bit tough to park, but once you're there it's phenomenal. The elevator was being built when we were there so I believe it's going to be even better in the future. Only drawbacks - a constant small noise of the wind (I believe one windows wasn't properly isolated) - not too embarrassing though, we stayed 2 nights. I'd recommend this flat!

Lovely apartment next to the beach
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The flat does everything (and more) that you need for a pleasant time (great, well equipped kitchen; nice View, tech stuff). The only negative would be the cat hairs on the sofa (might be problematic for allergic personas) and the sound of the current construction works. Still 5 stars rating though.

15 jours en faille à tarifa
Très bel appartement fonctionnel à 2 pas de la plage et de la vielle ville top avec de jeunes enfants. Il dispose de toutes les commodités a été refait à neuf. Le balcon vue mer est un gros plus. Un ascenseur était en cours de construction durant notre séjour. Top pour les futurs visiteurs un poil moins pour nous (nuisances sonores dues aux travaux.) Le stationnement à proximité en voiture reste très compliqué comme de manière générale à Tarifa. Les petits plus seraient d'ajouter un tancarville pour sécher le linge pour ne pas utiliser la machine à laver sechante pour sécher des serviettes ou vêtements de plage. Quelques jeux pour enfants dans les bacs seraient les bienvenus(jeux de sociétés, figurines, petites voitures, crayons de couleurs...) nous en avions prévu dans nos valises mais cela aurait pu manquer à d'autres. Cela ne nous a pas empêcher de profiter pleinement du cadre et de l'appartement. Nous y reviendrons sans problèmes.

Gute Lage & Ausstattung
Die Wohnung war sauber und hat eine gute und zentrale Lage. Bei Problemen hat die Nachbarin, die sich um die Übergabe kümmert, umgehend um Behebung gekümmert. Auch ansonsten ist die Nachbarin sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist wie angegeben ausgestattet.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung, gut gelegen, direkt am Strand.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super gut eingerichtet. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, respektiv würde ich wieder in dieser Wohnung buchen. Es gab einige kleine Probleme mit dem Boiler, dem Türschloss, der Eingangstüre ins Gebäude und es hat keine freie Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Die Nachbaring, welche gleichzeitig auch Ansprechperson für die Wohnung ist, war sehr hilfsbereit, dadurch konnten die kleinen Probleme auch sehr schnell behoben werden.

Leuk nieuw ingericht appartement maare niet volledig voorzien voor 6 personen...geen 6 stoelen op het terras, geen tafel voor 6 op het terras, geen 6 krukken in de keuken. enkel servies en bestek, glazen voor 6...dus alles iedere keer opnieuw afwassen.(wel een vaatwas) Geen kast met kapstokken...en algemeen in héél Tarifa, nergens parkeerplek te vinden.Aan het appartement helemaal geen parkeer plek en geen lift in het gebouw...met kleine kinderen is dat wellicht moeilijk...voor de rest prima :)
