“First, I booked the wrong day, and the rate was nonrefundable. I sent them a message, and they switched the day of arrival. They could have stuck me an didn't. Classy! The room was great, nice courtyard behind. Front desk person gave me a map and told me where to go. The hotel is close to the old section of town. I even walked from the ferry to the hotel. Nice little coffee shop in the back.”
