“We booked this resort on Valentines 2019. A total of 6 rooms with 13 of us for two night. We got there almost midnight on Feb 13th. We’re notice, no one stay at this place only us. This place is completely haunted. Three of the room got haunted on first night. The second night, on of our friend got possessed by ghost. Only one hotel staff, at night time for the whole place. He’s didn’t even help with anything. All 13 of us got so scared and gathered to stay in two rooms. We’re didn’t sleep……

“This was the second time I stayed at this location. This time I was in a standalone room on the property instead of in one of the rooms on the second floor. The hotel location is fairly simple to get to, located within a gated community where there are at least two guards on duty at all times that check all vehicles going in and out. They are also very friendly. If you have a family, and you're looking for hotels in Chiang Mai, this would be a great place, as it is away from the busyness,……

“整理環境非常棒，但是房間內不是非常整潔，我們是入住雙臥室房型，廚房的整潔度不足，有待加強。 入住其間也預訂了酒店內的SPA，非常不滿意芳療師的手法，我們母女三人從沒體驗過如此差勁的SPA，收費很貴，但根本沒有享受到該有的服務，真的有很大的改善空間。 酒店附設的kid’s club也需改善，俱樂部的哥哥姐姐一點也不友善，小孩在裡面也沒有跟小孩有任何互動，非常冷淡。”

“Nice villa with antiques and modern design. But the bed was wet and sticky after rain, it smelled so bad. (Suggest to put the dehumidifier) The villa upgraded us in the midnight, but the new-room is just near by street,so it’s pretty noisy with traffic. ”

“Our stay at the Merchant Villa was very pleasant. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The property grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed the on site wine bar, restaurant, and coffee shop. Upon checking out, we both received a gift bag with some good snacks. Thank you to all the staff at the Merchant Villa for making such a memorable stay!”

“It was terrible experience to choose this hotel and the accident ruined our vacation. We arrived around 10:30pm, and the surrending was very dark. Since it was pouring rain and late night, we were very tired and wanted to take rest asap. When the receptionist took us to our room with two candles, we just realised it was power outage. NO electricity, NO hot water, NO Wifi, NO torch! The only thing the hotel offered us were two candles, which placed on the plate and could be fall down anytime,……
