“We had a great visit in Providence for my daughter’s graduation. The location was perfect and were able to just walk to restaurants. The apartment was well appointed had everything we needed. Spacious and clean. We will definitely consider staying there again. ”

“This review is for the one bedroom, water front cottage (sister property). The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. I rely enjoyed the SMEG fridge and tea pot! Kellie was such a gracious host. The property is on a working boat yard so there will be people in and out. We were not bothered by this at all. Everyone was very friendly and non intrusive. A perk of this property is enjoying the barn view of the water with comfortable outdoor seating. Ate at a local restaurant “Cast” and……

“The house is charmingly decorated, clearly a lot of effort went into it. The host/hostess have anticipated every need in the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. My sense is it has been recently remodeled and has a new feel. The multiple window air conditioners were much appreciated during the hot days this past week. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.”

“The staff was great, the property not so much. Bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, and the bathroom sink had no stopper to allow filling the sink to shave. The listing did not have the address or phone number for the property nor did it include directions to get there .”

“We enjoyed our week at this rental , it was close enough to all the activities we needed to attend in Providence, but far enough away to be a quiet relaxing location. It was quaint and charming, when we had a sudden issue with the water heater the landlord had it fixed immediately. He gave me a tour of the waterfront snd when we left a couple Orr items behind he even mailed them out to us!”

“Enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. Perfect little spot for a couple or small family. Short walk down to a private little beach (there is a decent hill to walk down, but doable!). Lots of restaurants and conveniences nearby. We happened to be there on a 90 degree day and the sleeping loft was a bit toasty but it was manageable. The lower level was cool with AC. Overall very clean, easy parking, no complaints. ”

“Extremely clean. Up to date. Quiet ,private and very comfortable. Large upsatirs living and dinning area gives plenty of room for enjoyment. Nice outdoor space. Close to stores. Really enjoyed our stay. Gary was very accomodating and responded quickly to any questions. Would highly recommend staying here. ”

“This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay! Everything was easy and check in/out process were smooth. Perfect location - easy access to everything we wanted to see without being right in all of the city traffic. The host was super communicative and easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again when in Rhode Island!”
