“Had a great stay with the kids. Had been to the snow earlier in the day so was awesome to heat up in the pools. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly ”

“It's a lovely place to stay at, we can even walk to the lake in 2 mins. If we are lucky enough, we can look at the stars at night. The room's very clean, the kitchen is very tidy and tools are clean. The staff we met is very lovely and helpful. The only thing we seems not so clean is the backyard of our room, maybe there wasn't too much people using / went to it, some spider webs were seen at the chairs.”

HIGHLY recommend the Koala experience, the Ultimate Penfold's Experience, and the RM Williams Experience (was unexpectedly AWESOME!!). Food was outstanding and the staff was super friendly. Wine selection was exceptional as well.”

“位置相對寧靚，但去市中心亦相當方便，坐落湖邊，散步亦相當舒服，食肆選擇亦多元化，商舖接着步行路程之中。房間亦有足夠空間處理大型行李，相當方便。亦有暖爐及暖燈，相當細心。”
