The Space: When you walk out the back you will be greated by a heated swimming/plunge pool and spa bath in a private tropical outside oasis. We are only a few minutes walk to the beach, you can enjoy all your favourite water activities within easy access or just relax and look at the view.
With one super-king, one king and one queen all with high-quality linen on super comfortable mattresses, a great nights sleep is a guarentee in this safe and quiet neighbourhood. There are two living spaces are spacious and well-appointed. There is a big screen TV upstairs and smaller TV downstairs as well as games to entertain the kids. The fully-stocked kitchen will delight any home-chef or cook on the BBQ under cover for an alfresco option.
If eating in isn’t your thing the Barista cafe is just round the corner and Pap House Restaurant & Bar and Nates Pizzeria within ten minute walk. With “Pāpāmoa Main town” only a 7-minute drive you have even more selections for eating, shopping, gyms, beauty, movie theatre and more! Off-street parking is available as well as a gas fire (upstairs) and heaters (downstairs) heat pumps for the perfect climate-control. With an off-site manager available before, during and after your stay, you’ll be sure to feel well looked after while should anything arise, with the convenience of self check-in should you prefer. Other Things to Note: Please note the cleaning fee includes: - Pre and post stay clean. - Commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels. - Basic supplies and consumables, such as pantry items; shampoo, conditioner & body wash; coffee, tea & sugar etc. - Rubbish & recycling removal.

Cancelled bookings on Airbnb will be refunded in accordance with the cancelation policy, all other booking channels will incur a refund that is less the credit card Stripe fee.
The government has recently added a 15% occupancy tax to all holiday properties - we have adjusted the prices as much as possible to accomodate for this new tax.
Interaction with Guests: Our apartment is fully managed which means all linen is commercially laundered & ironed, the apartment is professionally cleaned to hotel-standard before and after your stay and we have a dedicated local Property Manager who is available to help in any way, be it local knowledge of must-see & dos, recommendations of cafes and restaurants to just sorting out those occasional enquires or issues you may have.
