The property shares a right-of-way driveway and is directly adjacent to a lovely young couple who've recently welcomed their third addition to the family. Please observe the stated quiet hours of 10p.m. to 7 a.m. to ensure our neighbours get the rest they need. It’s crucial that our guests understand the their need for a peaceful, uninterrupted day-to-day life.

As hosts and community-minded people, we want our guests to have an appreciation of the people living next or near to the home, as they're important to us personally, and in various ways, facilitate our ability to provide the home to you for short-stay accommodation.

As such, we've encouraged our neighbours to get in touch with us at any time, should they feel as though our guest are an imposition in any way, and we have an agreement to attend any report from them about unruly guest behaviour. Issues which would compel them to contact us are no more than you’d expect: excessive noise at any time or noise past 10 p.m., parties , gatherings exceeding the number of people booked, more than 2 cars coming up and down the driveway or parking on the property, rudeness or general inconsideration and so on.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

Dear valued guest,

We are thrilled that you have chosen our holiday home for your upcoming trip! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for you and your group, please take a moment to read through our rental agreement.

HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking anywhere inside or on property.

2. Please do not use any type of towel, including face cloths, to wipe off make-up, or use towels on skin that has artificial tanning products applied, as this can add extensive cost to the laundering process and often cause irreparable staining. From February 2024, we will be supplying cotton pads and make up remover to ensure that our linen stock is preserved. If towels or linen are heavily stained, replacement items will be charged to the guests like any other damage to property.

3. Absolutely no parties, events or large gatherings - no noise outside after 10 p.m.or before 7 a.m. We reserve the right to visit and inspect the property if we are alerted to higher numbers of people in the home than expected, loud music or unruly behaviour. Failure to observe this rule can cost guests an instant termination of their booking.

4. Guests must assume responsibility for sorting their refuse into the correct bins (landfill, recycling and glass). Guests who are in house on a Monday night agree to assist by putting the correct rubbish bins out on the kerb on a Monday evening or before 7 a.

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay the house was amazing and especially the pool for the kids and adults! Mel was great with her communication and very quick to reply to my many questions.Also the cleaner did a great job and the house was immaculate! We will be back again and thanks so much.
