“COMFIEST BEDS ANYWHERE IN GREECE!! We loved our stay at Defkalion, the owner Toula is a wonderful host who treated everyone like family. She was clearly proud of the hotel which is newly renovated with brand new room facilities (kitchenette, utensils, bathroom/shower, furniture etc). She loved sharing the fresh apricots from the tree in the hotel with us. Delicious! She also hosted a cooking class which was great fun. The highlight however, were the beds - quality mattresses and pillows,……

“It was lovely. We enjoyed walking to the town square to eat. Loved the food! Everyone was so nice in the town. Every day, we went to the beach. The afternoon/evening breezes were welcome as it was very hot. The outdoor patio was wonderful.”

“The room is not equipped well. An old property. But the problem is, although written on the website, there is AC only with extra fee. They asked for extra 4 euros a day for the AC remote control.”

“Chez Nickos c'est comme sur le site. Les pavillons sont très bien faits et très correctement équipés ( literie parfaite). Entretien exceptionnel. Très belle Plage à 100m par une rue ombragée pour des baignades du matin ou du soir. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets. Nous y avons passé 17 jours que nous ne regrettons absolument pas car de plus dans un périmètre de 30 kms il y a énormément de plans variés pour chaque jour .”

“I stayed here with my wife, 1-year old son, sister and brother in law. The home was new, with washer and electronic blinds. The owner was responsive. We had a little trouble figuring out how to get the washing machine door to open at first, but once we got the hang of it it was fine. It’s a little bit removed from the downtown area compared to other properties we considered, but still a reasonable walk to the center.”

“Einzelhaus mit kombierter Küche/Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer, von Bad mit Türe getrennt. Für ein Paar gut geeignet. Ein schöner Strand und die malerische Stadt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wandermöglichkeit, gute Restaurants, nette Leute in der Nähe. Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, Kühlschrank etwas laut, kann man ausstecken. Klimaanlage blast direkt aufs Bett. Mit offener Terrassentür nicht nötig (Fliegengitter an der Tür vorhanden). Sauber. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gewechselt, das Bad auch mal……
