1 Mile to Conch Republic Divers!

This relaxing, quiet accommodation on the Atlantic Ocean is ideal for two couples as well as families with kids, as the 2nd bedroom's 2 extra-long twin pillow-top beds combine to form a comfy King bed. (A Pack and Play is included for guest use as well.)

Elevators take you to this very clean and totally remodeled 1,200 sq. ft. tropical oasis. (This is the only END unit in the oceanfront building that is available for rent.) Enjoy the views and breezes and experience the natural beauty of the ocean from your waterfront balcony that is open on 3 sides! Delight in spectacular sunrises and moonrise glistening on the water.

Rent kayaks nearby (reasonable and they deliver!) and explore the ocean! Swim in the crystal clear oceanfront/ocean-view pool or fish or lounge on your beach area! Bike or walk the trail on Old US 1, Millionaires Row, (rent bikes or bring your own), or explore historic coral parks ... or just relax on the balcony and enjoy the incredible expansive ocean vistas.

With your rental agreement, you have access to the beautiful Founders Park just 3 miles south with playground, fitness/walking trails, basketball, Olympic-size pool, splash pad, Golf driving cage. Pickleball and tennis courts are also available.

You are just 4 miles from Harry Harris Park Swim Lagoon!

Just 1 mile to Conch Republic Divers, snorkel tours, jet-ski and kayak/paddleboard rentals.

Awesome oceanfront condo

We recently enjoyed a great stay in Bob & Donna's condo in the Tavernier/Islamorada area.The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo itself was beautiful, spacious & spotless. It was so well stocked with anything you might need during your stay.The property itself was so clean & well maintained. The pool, gym & game room were great.Communication with Donna, the owner, was excellent.She provided many useful tips to enjoy your stay and recommended restaurants and things to do nearby.We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends & family.

Great Stay!

What a great getaway before the hectic holiday season! We could not have been more pleased with this condo unit. Communication with the owners was excellent! The location was fantastic for our daily exportations. We felt very safe and secure with the gated entry and codes to enter the lobby and access our unit. No noise from US1. The condo unit itself was very well stocked. We ate a few of our meals in and there was not one single thing we needed that was not provided (even a roasting pan and crockpot). Unit was immaculate and bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated the many items left by other renters/owners (seasonings, oil, sugar, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, sunscreen, bug spray, shampoo, bar soap, etc.). We’ve stayed at many rentals throughout the years and usually most of these items are completely cleared out before the next rental. It was very much appreciated. So, check what’s available before you go shopping. Oh, did I mention the view? So pretty! Great pool area too. Everything is just as pictured. Thanks Donna and Bob!

Fantastic property

The condo was beautiful and well kept. The view is incredible. The best part of the day was watching the sunrise and the birds flying by. With the balcony facing east you have the sunrise in the morning and at sunset the sun was behind the building which made sitting out on the balcony perfect. It is centrally located in the Key Largo/Tavenier/Islamorada area. Great places to eat. The condo is well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation. We will be back.

Exceeded our already high expectations!

This property was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything one would need. Everything worked and was as described in the listing. The condo is in the best location for ocean views from the large balcony. We were very impressed with all the unique furnishings and decorative items through out the condo. I could go on and on but to avoid sounding like a paid advertiser i'll just say - it was the perfect property, in the perfect location for us to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Would recommend this host and property to everyone including our own family members..

Great property in a fantastic location

The views would be worth less than stellar accommodations but this condo is fantastic. Very clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. The beach chairs and toys were great as we traveled light. Everything you come to the Keys for is within a few miles. Highly recommend!

Property was neat, clean, and well equipped. Everything was exactly as advertised. Beautiful ocean view, quiet and relaxing property. Great gym and clean well maintained pool area. Great place, wonderful host!

Super clean condo with everything you need in the great Islamorada area. You never have to travel far for supermarkets, lunch/ brunch spots, or outstanding restaurants (dine in or take out). We felt secure and at home immediately. A stop at WinnDix only about a mile away on the ride down for water, beer, wine, fruit and other goods made stock-up swift. 2 elevators and "shopping" carts made check-in easy. A bright and cheerful layout greets you, with all rooms large and uncluttered. Huge fridge/freezer with icemaker and other excellent appliances. Open the sliders to the big balcony and the panoramic view is terrific! The pool and grounds are very well kept, with gardens here and there designed by owners that are beautiful. Choose sun or shade, there's always a nice spot to be by yourself, or with others. I honestly can't say enough good things, it's a great rental. Finally, thanks to an above-and-beyond great host and don't ever discount how important that is. Donna, you're THE best! Thank-you for everything!

Paradise in Tavernier

Absolutely stunning view of the ocean. The condo was very well appointed and exactly as expected. Communication with the owners was very good and we had no issues that we needed to contact them with after we arrived. My only complaint was that the week went by way too fast! We could have stayed a lot longer! The property was great and pool, gym, game room, reading room were perfect. If you’re looking for a great place to relax and soak up the sun, this is the place.

True Treasure

We have stayed at Seagulls many times. The location is perfect for us, close to all of our favorite places. When our "go to" unit was sold and no longer available, we were very disappointed, but thank God for this unit! It is one floor below our "go to" and is just as nice! The view is gorgeous and the overall property has been improved quite a bit! This unit is very up-to-date with appliances, countertops, etc. We rented a kayak for the week and went out every day. We were grateful for the storage space for the kayak! What a beautiful way to see the area and get some exercise too! The unit is extremely well-stocked, very clean, and very nicely furnished and decorated. Donna was very quick to answer any questions we had, and she and Bob made the check-in and check-out very clear and easy. We had a great, private fishing trip with Blackfoot Charters (Captain Mike Makowski), and ate fresh sea trout and snapper all week! We will definitely return for future vacations!
