“Great size for three adults. The fenced yard was wonderful for our dogs. The host was very quick to reply to a question on check in day. We would stay here again. One item to note for those with asthma/allergies - there is a no smoking sign posted, but it does appear that other previous guests haven't honored this request. There is a lingering smoke smell indoors. The home was nicely cleaned, but this is a difficult smell to get rid of. ”

“We had seven adults including one who couldn’t manage stairs well. All of us were very comfortable and had a lovely stay in this historic home while exploring Hannibal. The kitchen was well stocked, sheets and towels were soft and smooth, additional dining chairs were in place prior to our arrival and everything was clean. ”

We came from our homes across the US to gather in Quincy and celebrate our 70 years of friendship and our 75th birthdays . The Home is very comfortable , impeccably clean , well appointed and beautifully decorated . Our Host was very kind and accommodating and her decorating creates a warm welcoming environment . You will be pleased when you choose to make ' The Nest '……

“This property is super cute, cozy, and clean. The rooms are spacious and the host was excellent. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. I will be staying here in the future when I’m in town. ”

“We loved the apartment and thought it was a good size for the two of us. It was clean and everything was easy to find. The apartment had a kitchen with some utensils and pans to cook with. The bathroom had all the towels that you need. There was a walk in closet for all of your clothes. There is also a washer and dryer for laundry right outside the door. The plumbing does make a loud noise once in a while, so if you don’t like loud noises it could be an issue. But it wasn’t too bad, we got used……
