“This property itself is very nice, a cute upstairs apartment. The neighborhood overall is fine, in the "historic district', fun to walk around and see the homes. The alley behind the property, and also one home behind this property, are rather unkempt/messy; I understand that this isn't something the hostess can really remedy. It feels to be a safe neighborhood and my husband and I enjoyed our stay. Brief walk, just a few blocks, into downtown for dining and shopping. ”
