“Spacious house with everything you need and it is just as described. We stayed with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kids loved the pool. Dean was great. Would definitely recommend. ”

“We enjoyed our one-week stay. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating with the small issue we encountered. The house has plenty of sleeping areas and we played pool nearly every night. The walk to the dock can be tricky after rain as it gets muddy and slippery, but still navigable. We rented the boat and jet ski and thoroughly enjoyed time on the lake. This area of the lake is quiet and open, very easy to fish, swim, ski. Overall, a nice place to stay!”

“Great location - walk to the lake, close to 75 and so many places and things to do. All we needed to bring was ourselves and food, everything else provided in abundance. Plenty of room in the house and a huge yard for the kids to run and play. Very safe and peaceful location. John's service was impeccable!”

“The house was very clean. The furnishings were lovely. There was no hand towel in the downstairs bathroom. No place to hang towels after you use them. Just some suggestions to make guests a little more comfortable. Distance to KSU a little longer than five minutes. Always had great communication with the owner.”

“We were in town for a family wedding that was only about a mile away. Great location, big house with lots of room! Beds were comfortable, living room was great to hang out in and the kitchen was beautiful! We didn’t have the opportunity to use the media room or gym. ”

“Pros- good size and good location.Cons- not enough towels (knew in advance the number of people staying.Broken dishwasher- no note on it. Found out by opening to a very foul smell with standing water. Found a note later in the guest book that it isn’t working by chance. Outdoor garbage cans were overflowing and on the street. Reached out to owner with what to do with our garbage and no response.Mower came without warning and was parked where we needed to park.Cockroach in the silverware……

“We had a great stay! The owner allowed us to check in early since our baseball game at LakePoint ended a little earlier. The size and space was perfect for our larger group.”

So we booked this property as us adults are “salt of the Earth” type folks. We enjoyed the property & all of its eclectic charm. Two thumbs up.”
