“This house was prettier and more special than the pictures display. What a gem! We came in for my son’s wedding- family of the groom and it was perfect for my extended family to hang out, including my 92 yr dad. We relaxed in between activities- it is extremely convenient to Louisville and any nearby stores for last minute needs for events. Each room and patio gave a feeling of zen, peace, beauty, a wonderful way to quietly start and end the day plus also entertain in with brunches and family……

“When we got there Marquette went out of her way to greet us and showed us genuine hospitality!! Place feels like home she even left us with 6 fresh laid eggs, bacon and bread for toast next morning! Place is clean comfortable and quiet. All the amenities and every detail throughout. Thank you Marquette and Jerry. May make this a routine stop on our travels!!”

“The house and owner were great. Very cute, updated historical home. The house is a couple of blocks from JBS meat processing plant. During our stay the house was downwind from the plant. The smell was terrible. I don't know if this is a normal occurrence. We stayed on weekdays. When the plant was not running (evenings) the smell went away. But we couldn't be outside during normal business hours. Too bad about the smell because the house was great otherwise.”
