As the property has direct access to the lake, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note that due to the electrics of this tiny home, the number of appliances used at once will need to be monitored. As there are fixed bench seats on a section of the deck, adults should closely supervise young children in this area to ensure they do not climb the deck barriers.Please be aware that as this property is a tiny house, the bedroom is on a loft and has no door. There is also a living space in a loft on the opposite side of the house. All guests should take care when accessing these loft spaces as they are accessed via either a ladder, or a staircase with no railing and a high top step.The oven at this property is a mini, under-bench oven.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
