“The property is across from the ocean and just down the street from the aquarium and restaurants. Was a bit disappointed some parts of the property need to have some maintenance done, the tub is pealing and needs to be replaced or fixed. The other bathroom has gaps around the bottom of the door and around one side. So a cold breeze blows in while you are trying to shower. Also the hot water only comes out as a trickle where as the cold water comes out full blast. Have long hair was hard to……

A short walk (about 30 minutes) via the ocean walkway will get you to the downtown shops and restaurants. Very lovely. The unit is ideally suited for one or two people. The TV room is very nice and there is a work area with a pair of desks. As for the bed, it's very comfortable. The kitchen isn't set up for doing much cooking, but it was fine for what I needed. “A clean and tidy location near Ahuriri and the port. The buzz of the port action was great to see, and the accommondation was clean, tidy and well appointed with everything we needed. A short easy walk to the cafes at Ahuriri. Good to have a break away.”
