Reasonable and quiet !
"Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. "The property location was lovely, however the bathroom is dated and needs work and I was left with a burnt kettle and had to boil water in a pot. The next day I was told there were plenty of kettles available so not sure why it wasn’t changed by housekeeping."

"Enjoyed our stay at this bach; great communication with the hosts; a rustic Kiwi bach with good access to the kayaks, life jackets and easy access to the beach.
