"The hotel grounds are very beautiful. The walkways and bridges and trails are all very charming. The staff was very attentive. Dinner was good and the massages were wonderful. I would highly recommend. The only complaint is there is not air conditioning and it was quite hot"

"Amazing place. Unbelievably beautiful property. A haven for nature and bird lovers. Recently under new ownership by delightful family who were so very friendly and obliging. They are doing a lot of upgrades to property."

Great location for exiribg
"We took our large family group of 9 to explore some Mayan sites and do the ATM cave tour. The location was perfect for that and to walk around San Ignacio. The location was central to town, the market and many restaurants. Being in town there was a little more noise at night so be prepared for that. ..."
