I think the host was annoyed that we were running late getting there but I was requested to let her know when we were 15 minutes out which I did - unfortunately we had to drive around for about an extra 5 - 10 minutes because we couldn't locate the place. “This is the perfect place to stay to explore Seneca Lake. The property is right on the Lake and has a dock, kayaks, a swimming pool, and pickleball court. Great wineries and restaurants are close by too. The owner is wonderful and makes the most delicious breakfast.”

“Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well.
