I booked for 2 nights, but only stayed for 1 night. Drove from Georgia to New Jersey, checked in late which was the following day around 11am. They told me bc I “no showed” they canceled by room. I called the day I booked to tell them that I won’t be checking in until the next day and they said that would be no problem, then I get there and am told it was canceled. It was an easy fix, however, what if they didn’t have any rooms?
We got to the room and the battery on the door for the key card wasn’t working. Maintenance came to fix that and it was fixed within minutes.
Finally got to lay down. Inside toilet seat had urine stains, maybe housekeeping forgot to clean there. The rolling chair/cushion had what appeared to be stained coffee drippings on the sides. The heater in the room was rattling, had to put something in crease of the door to stop the rattling. Pool looked cloudy so didn’t swim.
Overall, my plan to stay wasn’t to really enjoy my stay. I needed a place to sleep. It did that for me. If I had stayed longer than 1 night, I would’ve asked for another room.
