“Really nice hotel. ”

“Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus.……

“Casa Matidia was a real surprise for us. A wonderful surprise. The photographs on VRBO don’t do it justice. The house is beautiful, magnificently furnished, and equipped with everything you might need. Stefano and his family were present at our arrival and welcomed us warmly, providing a much-appreciated welcome pack. “Douche du RDC pleine de moisi. Pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Canapé en très mauvais état. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel dans une pièce insalubre. Piscine mal entretenue (on nous a promis un intervenant que l'on a jamais vu!). Impossible d'avoir le détail réel de notre consommation électrique (panneaux photovoltaïque? situés où?).1 matelas à l'étage à revoir. ”

“Abbiamo passato una settimana in questa casa, all’apparenza piccola ma in realtà abbastanza spaziosa, le stanze sono grandi e i letti comodi. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: vari elettrodomestici, forno a microonde, Wi-Fi, lavatrice ecc Il paesino, Santa Maria Oliveto, è piccolo ma caratteristico, ottima la vicinanza all’ospedale Neuromed e a pochi minuti di macchina sono raggiungibili vari supermercati e negozi. Ringraziamo la signora Matilde che è stata sempre molto disponibile,……
