“We booked this place and the supposed property owner was super communicative and even offered free nights.they seemed soooo amazing. Guess what? It was a total scam. The “property owner” (sarcasm) stopped communicating the day we were due to check in. Never met us at the property during the day and time THEY had arranged with us. Never responded after the fact. Total SCAM. Thank goodness VRBO did the right thing and reimbursed us in full. But I’m sure the scammer still has VRBO’s money. So I do……

“We had a wonderful stay. Doorman building, with a 24 hour convenience store attached. One short block from the sea, and a view of the sea from the balcony. Clean and with all necessary conveniences but for washer/dryer, however, there are laundromats nearby. Would highly recommend.”

“This was a disappointing stay for us. The apartment is lovely, and in a great location, but it was spoiled by the constant chasing for hidden charges, specifically a 300 shekel cleaning fee that was not made clear when booking. Not only does that seem a lot for a cleaning fee, but the cleaning of the apartment should be included in the price, and if not, made explicitly clear when booking. ”

“I arrived and there was a guy inside a little room with a terrible smell giving the keys, my room was not ready but i asked him to show me a room in advance and he refused, the place looked dirty, I didn’t stay I left. They didn’t want to give me the money back. Stay away from this place. Easy to confuse the name with sea executive which is a very nice place. ”

“A great small apartment with everything you need. Very close to the beach in a quiet area of Tel Aviv. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.”

“The location is very good. However, the layout of the apartment is not well thought out, and the spaces are not efficiently utilized. The building's stairways were filled with towel carts and other materials, making it difficult to use them, which we really didn't like. Overall, if you're looking for a well-located place to sleep without too many expectations, it's ideal.”
