“The lift broke down and my two children were trapped in the lift, which fell from the third floor to the first floor. Without an engineer, a resident helped, asking the staff to get the keys and help restart the elevator. Until the elevator restarted, the elevator went up to the third floor to the first floor again, the elevator doors opened, and no engineers came to the hotel. “Clean hotel, comfortable rooms, convenient location, friendly staff (especially Jessica at reception was very helpful and excellent). It was a good experience that could have been excellent except for the poor breakfast. There were always 2 hot food items: one protein and eggs. The protein was always DRY.
