I was lead to believe this was a hotel room not a lock out between two condos. I found the room to be dated with torn pillows and a worn out deplorable bed that caused me to have back pain and not significant rest for 3 days. The bed was so bad every edge collapsed and management or owners covered it with a topper. This was to make u think it was soft and plus well if call 4 to 6 inches higher at the foot end and sinking into it about 10 inches plus you need your head examined. There was no place to sit to watch tv but the bed or some bar stool they must have moved in from another unit. In addition you could not lock your room for lack of dead bolt, all that was in place was a push pin that could be opened with a toothpick! Overall I feel mislead and cheated by the TELLURIDE TOURISM BOARD for which I had booked thru since after 5 days of attempting to go direct I would never get a call back from Bear Creek, When I asked the TTB for refund assistance they were useless. They said talk to Bear Creek you would expect there to be some manner of professionalism applied here to the tune of a 50 % discount since a hotel contract is in essence, to be a safe and secure sanctuary for one to rest in.
