The Space

Note: Guest access includes the home, pool area, patios, and parking areas. No access is granted to the garage, barn, or agricultural zones.



Pool/Spa Heating Guidelines:

Pool & Spa (Spa use requires a request and $100 per night fee, can be used up to 4 hours)

Guests who wish to use the hot tub/Spa during their stay can choose from the following options:

Please inform us in advance if you wish to use this feature so we can ensure everything is set up for your convenience.



Operation: The spa heats up in approximately 15 minutes and runs for a maximum of 1.5 hours per session before automatically shutting off.



Important Notice: Misuse of the spa controls, such as repeated button presses, can cause damage to the system. Guests are responsible for any damages resulting from improper use.



Pool Heating: Pool heating is not offered due to the pool’s depth.



Please note: Ortega Ranch is not suitable for young children due to the pool’s depth and multiple stairs.



Pet Friendly (Dogs Only)

Dogs allowed with PRIOR APPROVAL via a Pet Addendum at $150 per dog, max 2.

Pool/Spa Heating: Spa heating is available for $100/day. Pool heating is not offered due to the pool's depth.

Security: Exterior security cameras are installed to ensure guest safety.

STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors due to fire hazards.
