Rancho Vista estate in the heart of Wine Country with Private Grapvines

Beautiful two story custom Country estate in Wine Country on 3 acres, overlooking its own private grapevines (Perfect for wedding pictures). Conveniently situated in the heart of the wine country, only two miles from South Coast Winery and within a 5 min drive to most Wineries! Enjoy the grounds the home offers, large swimming pool with slide, 10 person jacuzzi, bbq area, firepit great for smores and or enjoying evening drinks, game of corn hole or just sit and relax with cup of coffee and enjoy all the cool hot air balloons flying over the house in the morning hours.
Indoors - spacious for large families or groups , with a large living room, family room, game room with pool table, foosball table, shuffle board, poker table, and board games to enjoy your stay!

~~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~~
~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please note that per our house rules and County ordinance, Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities that will inconvenience our neighbors of their quiet enjoyment). Guest must be mindful of their noise levels at all times.. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating not available from November thru March as temperatures are to cold for a domestic heater to attempt to heat that much water. Jacuzzi heating available year round.

~~CANCELLATION POLICY~~

Full refund if cancellation of more then 90 days is given from the date of check in. To reserve we require a good faith deposit plus service fees to Homeaway/Vrbo. Balance of the rental will be due 45 days prior to check in.

Great Family Home!

Birthday golf trip

It was a nice place, wish they had TVs in the rooms as the living was too small for all of to sit, but not a deal breaker. We also couldn't get jacuzzi jets or lights on so didn't use it after heating it up. Otherwise it was a great location for wineries and scenery. Beautiful propert.

Home for wedding trip

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and the home was beautiful. Few problems: 2 showers and a sink in one of bathrooms only had cold water. Expensive to heat pool and Jacuzzi so didn't use them

Wedding in Temecula

John/Dan great hosts from booking until the end. House is fabulous since each room has its own bathroom. There were 12 of us here for a family wedding and we never felt crowded. Backyard has a pool, bbq, firepit and plenty of chairs/loungers on patios. Would highly recommend. 10 minutes from Old Telemuca. Also, if you have time go to Wilson Creek for wine tasting and ask for Josh.

A great place to stayinTemacula

A few choices place I was looking and finally decided this one is the right place to stay in Temacula, CA. The place was old house but still maintained in good condition. This place provide enough rooms which includes each individual full bath. The whole family enjoyed the stay and the place. We never use the pool due to lots of travel we did in San Diego and surrounding cities. The house provide all needed stuff to live. To make it short this place is a great place to stay for a vacation.

Late July 2023 birthday celebration

This property was perfect for an extended birthday celebration and was a great home base for trips to the nearby wineries. We enjoyed the pool, spa, and outdoor grill. We also enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful and spacious home

I recently traveled to Temecula for my brother's military retirement ceremony myself and 13 other family members stayed on this property. First kudos to John the property manager for his amazing communication throughout the entire bikking and suring the stay. The property is exactly as described and had more than enough rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. The views from the property is simply breath taking. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone traveling with a big group. Definitely would book again.

Wedding Weekend

Great place to stay with a big family. Large size pool and BBQ. Pool table was a good way to entertain kids. John the property manager was great to deal with. Really close to all the major wineries and restaurants and stores nearby.

Perfect little getaway

Three small families of adults rented the property to celebrate dads birthday. The house was clean and beautiful. Amazing views with a beautiful backyard, pool, BBQ and fire pit. Property manager met us on-site and was very welcoming and friendly.

Wine Country delight

This is a beautiful 5 bedroom home. The 6th bedroom is accessed by going into the backyard, walking 10 feet and opening the door (keyed) to the 6th bedroom and its adjoining bathroom. A teenager or a young couple would like the privacy but it is NOT for a younger family. The home is large, very comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We loved our stay.

Wonderful stay

This property worked out wonderfully for our friends trip. The location was perfect to go to all the wineries, in fact the house has grape vines, oranges, and other citrus on the property. We had 4 couples, each had their own bedroom and private bath/shower. Rooms were spacious, clean with comfy beds (pillows were slightly hard for my taste but very minor criticism). Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and grill worked great for evenings on the patio. Couldn't use the fire pit because of the burn notice but we made good use of the pool, water slide and hot tub. Water slide pump wasn't working but with a little presplashing it was a ton of fun. Hot tub took a while to heat up each night but was lovely once it was at temperature, just plan ahead. We didn't end up heating the pool, it was refreshing on the 90 degree days, maybe too chilly for a night swim tho. Overall lovely spot, would stay again

Beautiful Setting

The property was clean and the setting was beautiful. Loved waking up to the rolling hillside of Temecula with views of budding vineyards. Quiet neighborhood with privacy, great for a peaceful retreat for the family.

Family Reunion

As you enter the property you fall in love with the lovely vineyard and long winding drive to the house. The grounds including pool were perfect for our crowd. The grandchild loved swimming and exploring. The house itself gave way to privacy for our sons and their families with many on suite rooms. The decor was a bit drab, with many empty shelves and well used furniture. This was fine for us because we couldn’t hurt a thing. Heating the pool was a bit confusing price wise, but we did it and we all enjoyed it. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, and plates, however it would have been nice to have things like plastic wrap, baggies, and possibly a dust buster for cleanup. The only broom was not adequate. John was a great, friendly manager and got back to us quickly with all questions. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
