The bedspread had a cigarette burn whole (non-smoking room) and the pillows were too soft. Maybe one pillow can be a little firmer. The sitting chair had a stain but overall it was OK for the price.

Expedia reservation#73063363715805 Quality Inn Lake Elsinore #39703167= Our company representative(s) checked in March 25 returned to the Quality Inn Office and explained that the room was dirty and bed cover had food/blood stains. The Office gave another room. The other room was also dirty (food on floors) with a foul oder and our representative returned to Quality Inn Office checked out March 25 and put in a complaint. He went to another hotel. Our office was charged even tho we did not stay at the hotel. Our office reported this on "chat-bot Expedia" and later talked with EXPEDIA Agent(s). Expedia Agent Mathew contacted Quality Inn Lake Elsinore and they gave incorrect information. The Quality Inn Lake Elsinore said that our representative did not check out. Expedia Agent Mathew was able to get One of the Three nights refunded. Our office called (951)674-9694 talked with Gabriel at front desk. He told us that Nina is the manager. He would not connect us with Nina. Gabriel said that there were no notes on the check-out and no complaint notes on the dirty rooms. He was instructed to only give $99 refund on the $297 reservation. This Hotel should have refunded in full. Expedia should make note on this terrible experience. We feel that your Expedia customers deserve better.

Nothing super luxurious, but it’s clean and quiet. Far superior than a motel 6 for around the same price. The staff is friendly and check in process is quick. Also they take cash deposits. There’s not much to choose from in the area. Will definitely stay again when visiting.

The room was very comfortable and clean ,I was very tired and was happy to be there with most of the comforts of home .there were Only a few problems that I found that night. One was the room was very loud the freeway was too close to my room. Another room on the otherside would have been quieter..furthermore the shower nozzle and tub were below average the drain was plugge d. but I loved the king size comfortable bed with 4 plush pillows. Nice wide TV, ,...with hbo other movie channels and wifi was very comforting ,and breakfast was nice waffles , cereal and juice ...over all I enjoyed my much needed rest at the quality inn .

More like a motel

The reviews were really good so i was hopeful but as soon as we drove up the vibes were giving motel 6. Kind of shady old motel the room looks as though it had been updated inside but we found things like dirt in the shower crums and dirt on the tables and counter and stains on bedding. It was 116 for the night but i think that was over priced . I am a woman and my young teenaged daughter was with me we are from out of town and she was nervous to stay here it definitely seemed more like a motel than a hotel. We wont be staying again
