We stay on the 1st floor and the foot steps from upstairs unit are so loud that they are quite annoying/disturbing. “The house is beautiful and has a great view of the Hollywood Hills. It’s new and clean. My husband always wanted to stay in this area and we can cross this off the bucket list. The drawback is the narrow road and parking. I don’t think even a small car could fit in the garage as there isn’t room to open the doors. We had a small SUV and had to climb out the trunk. After we parked on the street, but it’s hard to find parking and it’s dangerous getting in and out as the road is so narrow and cars……

“Our family of 6 just stayed here during Spring Break. The Check-in/out process was very smooth. The house was very well setup for our family and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Quiet neighborhood and was barely a 10 min walk to the front gate of Knott's Berry Farm. The Host was extremely responsive and we plan to stay again!”
