“This property is conveniently located with easy access to Raipur city and airport. If you have stayed in a Hyatt before, you will feel at home. Staff is very welcoming and courteous. Food options are great and tasty. I just wish they could give more privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom.”

“There was no hot water for two days. Bathroom fittings needs change. Fancy shower but poor performance. The Plumber was incompetent to resolve the hot water issue for two days. I had a cold shower during winter time. Idli preparation was out of world. Absolutely sub standard. The front office Manager was unapologetic for the inconvenience. Kept defending his position. Deaf and dumb and no words of apology. ”
“Spacious room but it’s stinking the carpet we’re dusty , dirty of lobby and corridor area , mosquitoes in room , bathroom fitting were not maintained rusted. ”
“The Hotel is quite dated which includes the room and decor. Bearing in mind the price we were not expecting anything spectacular, but the basics inc hot water and an actual fold out bed rather than a badly stained matress on the floor. Ruby on reception was as helpful and understanding as she could possibly be. Breakfast was cold.”
“They wont mention there is no internet/ wifi in the resort. They will also pretend to fix something that doesn’t exist. Not suitable for business travellers. Got stuck without work for 2 days ”
