“We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed.”

“Cottage is very well equipped right in the middle of Looe. Easy to park to unload - and about 10-mins walk to the main car park. Nice sitting on the bench outside!”

“Overall a very good stay, however, the bathroom floors really need a good clean. Beds are a bit creeky and not great for light sleepers or fidgets. Area very quiet and beach very special. The sunset at Bedruthan Steps is a must see. ”

“Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage.”

“The location is excellent for that true English experience with rolling green hills and flowers everywhere. Tight roads and tall hedgerows. The home opens up to enjoy all of this all wile having a beautiful view of the ocean. The walks were incredible! Go one direction and enjoy walk paths with pastures and green countryside. Walk the other direction and find a beautiful beach and rocks to walk along the ocean! Mark was wonderful to work with. He was there if we had any questions or assistance!……
