“I've stayed here multiple times to visit family over the past 5 to 6 years. The hotel seems to be lacking in maintenance as the years pass. Its still relatively clean, but lights not working in the rooms has become the norm. Missing/broken towel racks, water damaged window frames, and ripped window screens are a few things I saw on this trip. “Considering there was a convention going on it was really quiet at night. I enjoy the rooms. The breakfast wasn’t that great and the staff there didn’t even say hello or ask if I wanted water. They were often out of items on the buffet. The gym was dark and musty but I had it all to myself which I enjoyed. I love the River view and the impromptu music in the lounge. ”

“The property is going through a renovation process and the 1st and 3rd floors are complete. I have not stayed on the 2nd so can't comment on its condition. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and obviously great condition. Property is on the edge of town so very quiet.”
