“Cute little house with a lake view. Everything is so close in town. Easy walk to everything. Since only one bathroom would recommend a mirror in rooms to get ready. Everything else was great! Amazing porch to hang out on. Very comfortable! Brush and tree behind house will need trimmed at some point so the view doesn’t get blocked. ”

“We enjoyed our stay! The cottage is adorable and right next to a cafe that you can walk to for breakfast and coffee. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking items, spices, oil etc. Yes it’s close to the highway but pretty much every house in that area is close to the highway and it didn’t bother us. I had small children with me and they also had a lot of fun. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer as well! All the vintage charm was cozy and inviting.……

“The view was very nice. The home reeks of a smell similar to moth balls. It’s very strong. The ground around the outdoor fire pit is not level and not safe. I do not recommend this home to rent. ”

“Exceeded our expectations, for sure! Very clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The gold cart was fun to drive around the neighborhood and down to the lake. The bunk room is a great space for kids of all ages. The teepee was seriously cool and blew us all away. We will definitely recommend this to everyone we know vacationing to the CDA area. ”

“This home and property were ideal settings for our family get-together of six adults and two children to celebrate my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary. The kitchen and great room are comfortable for multiple people cooking and food prepping, while being able to interact with the rest of the group in the great room. The bedrooms distributed on all three floors allowed for peace and quiet after eating and conversations. The outdoor areas are stunning, and we had fun swimming off the dock and……

“We had a terrific week at the Conkling Bay Escape. Communication was great from making our reservation through to our check-out. Great place for three couples. Kitchen was very well stocked. Outdoor areas were wonderful and the dock was perfect for our boat. Location was awesome and fun being close to the marina.”

“This home is located in a fantastic part of the Lake. The South portion of the lake is not near as busy as the North End. Harrison is a short boat trip across the lake and the Couer D Alene Casino is a short trip as well. The Dock is perfect for 1 or 2 boats to be safely moored and the beach is fantastic and a highlight for the kids. The home has ample parking and the large deck with view of the lake is wonderful. Two refrigerators in the home was a nice plus for larger families. Beautiful home……

“This property is perfect for our large family! We have booked this home several times and have enjoyed our stay each time. The owners go above and beyond with supplying water toys including paddle boards, kayaks and kids toys. The also have everything covered from towels to toiletries. The owners are extremely friendly and very responsive.The house is an older cabin style home. It accommodates large families that are comfortable in close quarters.
