“The owners are very friendly and welcoming and even gave us a bundle of bananas when we left. They grow their own bananas and coffee beans. We had a delicious coffee in their coffee house. The cabins are super cute and comfortable. The common kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. On the property are super comfy hammocks which can also be used during the rain as they are covered by a roof. “The overall stay here was amazing. A super clean, spacious place close to everything. Beds were comfortable. WiFi and all amenities worked perfect. Gated and super close to one of the best swimming holes on Terceira. The communication with the people in charge were great. They were there if we had any questions. I’m 100% going to be coming back to this very location. My wife and kids wanted to stay longer.”

“Seven of us stayed in the house for a week after Christmas. The house is clean and very spacious, so there was lots of room for all of us. We made good use of the pool table, foosball table, indoor/outdoor fire places and the outdoor mini-football field. Walter and Priscilla were responsive and helpful hosts. Terceira is a great island, and everything is in easy driving distance. We enjoyed the location of the house, but it is a long walk, about an hour and partly through a more industrial area,……

“We were on the Azores for a week shooting a travel show for American PBS called Outside Beyond the Lens. We picked this property as our last place to stay since it was in a part of Terceira we hadn't seen yet, and we wanted to film some of the gorgeous agricultural settings of the island. On our last night, we set up cameras and drones and shot everything we needed from the driveway under a top-ten sunset. The home is warm and inviting, and I just loved the feel of the place. “Wir haben eine Woche in dem schönen und großen Haus von Sandra in Angra gelebt und genossen. Lage, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren optimal. Sandra war eine nette und sehr hilfreiche Gastgeberin. Bäckerei, Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe.”

“Accurate description as "rustic". House was clean. No instructions of how to use key to enter house...not straight forward...it takes 4 turns to the left...house is well stocked in the kitchen. Very close to a nice swimming ocean pool. Beautiful sunsets. The house was hot with little air movement even with windows open and a fan on...could use AC...hard to sleep without it.”

“Relaxing, quiet location with private garden. Rental was as described in listing a traditional home, with no unwanted surprises. Having the private garden we were able to eat all meals outdoors while listening to the local birds. A car is a must.”

The photos were accurate, the only thing missing were the cows that were in the listing photos, but there were plenty of other cows to see on our trip. :) I assumed the master bedroom was on the ground floor, but it was upstairs with a fantastic, large balcony from where we were able to view the fireworks in Angra.The bathtub upstairs is a little tricky to get in/out of for those of us with short legs, and did require an assist from my husband.……

“The property was everything we expected and more. Ana Maria was amazing and very responsive to all inquiries or question. I would recommend this property with 5 stars! I would not recommend those with small children as it is her home and there are breakable items on shelves and tables. Thank you Ana Maria!!!!!”
