“Tutto veramente bello”

“We stayed in Panoramic hotel Plaza for 5 nights.This was a poor choice. Although the location is good which is close to shopping centre but the service and food in hotel were terrible. We have booked two junior suite with one room with two separate beds, they couldnt offer us but ask one of our guest to sleep on soffa bed instead. They have ignored our request in booking. They offer us to stay in 6/F junior suite but it was dark and old. Luckily we stay in junior suites in the top floors so they……

“Piscine molto belle e ottimo anche il servizio di massaggi. Essendo la nostra stanza al primo piano, proprio sopra la reception, si è sentito cantare e suonare tutte le sere fino alle 23. Unica vera pecca, per un hotel di questo livello, è non includere gli accappatoi nel prezzo della camera, quanto meno nella nostra. Mi aspetterei che per tutte le camere fossero inclusi senza dover pagare 15€ al giorno come extra…”

“Really enjoy the thermal pool. Have massage jets at different station of the pool. Great relaxation. The choices for breakfast are good. Only the room is slightly simple but clean.”
