Apartment 'Dei Tramonti - Terrasini' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Terrasini, the Villa Dei Tramonti apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for home office, books and toys for children. A baby cot and a high chair are also available for an extra fee. The accommodation offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning and towels. The holiday home features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden and outdoor shower.



The apartment is 3 km from the centre of Terrasini, where you will find two beautiful beaches, both free and equipped (some services available for an extra fee). The nearest airport is 8 km from the property; Palermo is 35 km away, Mondello beach 40 km, San Vito lo Capo 75 km and Selinunte 100 km. Services such as coin laundry and bicycle rental are available in the centre of Terrasini.



The property offers a private parking space and free parking on a private road. Families with children are welcome. On request, a cot and high chair can be provided. Pets are not allowed and smoking or parties are not permitted. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a sofa bed; one of the bedrooms can be converted into a twin. Iron and ironing board are available on request. The owner lives on the upper floor of the same building. You are kindly asked to respect the house rules during your stay.
