I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with both the condition of the room and the lack of transparency regarding charges. Upon check-in, I was surprised by an unexpected pet fee that was not disclosed at the time of booking. Clear communication of all fees upfront is essential for guest trust, and this lack of transparency felt misleading.
In addition, the room showed signs of neglect and poor maintenance. The bottom of the interior door was badly damaged, with veneer peeling and the material deteriorating (see attached photo). The entry door was warped, and the bottom metal strip was bent and loosely attached, raising concerns about both security and insulation.
These issues indicate a lack of routine maintenance and oversight. While the location and basic amenities may have been adequate, the condition of the room and surprise fees made the experience disappointing. I would not recommend this property until maintenance issues are addressed and all fees are clearly communicated prior to booking.
