Villa Gio- 300 Mt from the sea

Newly built semi-detached house set in a quiet residential complex a few steps from the sandy beach of foxi murdegu with low and regular backdrop ideal for families with children.

On the beach we find a beautiful kiosk bar.

The house consists of a cozy living room with kitchen, very well equipped with all the necessary appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, as well as pots and pans, cutlery, plates and glasses. Double bedroom with possible additional bed (for possible fifth person) and small bedroom with bunk bed. The interior is completed by a modern bathroom with a glass shower cubicle and suspended fixtures.
The house has built-in mosquito nets (except for the sliding door at the entrance).
Possible supply of linen (sheets, towels, beach towels)
Outside the covered veranda of about 30 square meters is surrounded by a garden of about 200 square meters with automatic retractable irrigation system with hedges that, of course, provide privacy to our guests who want to live the garden and enjoy lunches and dinners on the veranda.
In the back of the house we find an outdoor mosaic shower, barbeque, sink, washing machine and solar panel for sanitary water production.
House Rules:
max 5 people (with free addition of a bed in the master bedroom)
check in: 15.00 (variable in case of special needs)
check out: before 10.00
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
No animals
Separate collection (to be taken to the nearby ecological island)
Parties are not allowed.
Deposit of 200 euros which will be requested on the day of arrival, fully refundable at the end of the stay.

A short walk from the house there is ample parking and a butcher's shop open during the summer with fresh meat and local products. The attached rotisserie prepares excellent first courses and second courses of meat.

A few minutes walk from the villa we find a tobacco bar and a takeaway pizzeria.
A few minutes by car we find ecological island, restaurants, pizzerias and market.

Tolles kleines Haus fußläufig zum Strand. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wir wurden sogar mit sardischen Leckereien begrüßt. Die Kommunikation mit Michele war unkompliziert und immer sehr schnell.

La grande bellezza

Abbiamo soggiornato 11 notti, la villa è posta all'interno di un comprensorio con altre ville adiacenti tutte dotate di privacy.La casa di Michele è a mio parere la più curata e a misura d'uomo, un giardino veramente bello, tutto è curato e pensato per accogliere, l'arredamento e gli elettrodomestici in casa sono di qualità, la casa è spaziosa e ben progettata sia esternamente che internamente.Non ci è mancato assolutamente nulla, a partire dalla biancheria, asciugamani, phon (addirittura spray per le zanzare) prodotti per la pulizia, detersivo per lavastoviglie, capsule per caffè, forno elettrico (difficile da trovare in dotazione), spremiagrumi, tostapane lavastoviglie, insomma proprio tutto. La doccia esterna è curata, di buon gusto con la giusta privacy, la lavatrice esterna e il barbecue. La spiaggia si trova a 30 secondi di macchina, acque cristalline e fondale basso. A 2 passi da casa si trova poi una macelleria rosticceria bar minimarket molto utile se volete rilassarvi senza cucinare e mangiare in veranda.Michele poi è una persona molto comunicativa e accogliente, a casa sua non si è turisti ma ospiti.Veramente un'ottima esperienza.

Alles, was man für Strandurlaub mit Familie benötigt

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal Gäste bei Michele und seiner Ehefrau. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man als Familie mit 3 kleineren Kindern braucht, Außendusche und großer Außenbereich sind sehr sehr praktisch. Nachbarn sind nah und meist Italienische Familien, wer es also extrem ruhig mag, sollte nicht in der Hochsaison nicht, und hat das lebendige Treiben gefallen. Gisellas Metzgerladen ist fundamental für die Ernährung der Familie gewesen. Das Meer ist wunderschön.

Strandurlaub

Wir verbrachten ganz entspannte 17 Tage in dieser Villa. Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden was man im täglichen Leben so braucht. Was noch zu erwähnen wäre: Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Handseife ist alles vorhanden. Zu der Zeit unseres Urlaubs war der Rasen gelb, ist aber nicht wunderlich bei dieser Hitze. Die Hecken waren nicht so hoch, wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Der Fußweg vom Haus zum Strand dauert ca. 6 min (500m). Wenn man am Strand ankommt, ist auf der rechten Seite direkt die Strandbar. In diesem Bereich besteht der Strand aus groben Steinen, was uns sehr gewundert hat, da auf den Bildern keine Steine zu sehen waren. 100m bis 150m weiter links, geht es in einen schönen Sandstrand über. Jeden Freitag wurde der Sand von Steinen gereinigt. Das Wasser war einfach herrlich, es ist flachabfallend und somit optimal für Kinder und jegliche Spiele im Wasser. Der Check-in und der Check-out liefen schnell und unkompliziert ab. Zur Ankunft haben wir paar Leckereien erhalten, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir konnten den Vermieter bei jedem Anliegen kontaktieren und er hat uns immer unterstützt und weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank dafür:)

Lovely house close to beach

The house is lovely, situated in a nice area. The beach is a short walking distance away. A mini market can be found maybe 50 m away. Cool trips can be made to the surrounding mountains.

Highly recommended (again)!

It was the second time we stayed at Villa Gio and we had a fantastic time again. Michele is a superb host. The house and garden are beautiful, very clean, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a rosticceria very close by, which is very convenient. Marvellous beaches in the vicinity -- everything was perfect! Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir durften unseren Familienurlaub in der wunderschönen kleinen aber perfekten Villa verbringen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter Michele ist sehr freundlich, kümmert sich bereitwillig um alle Anliegen und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Der Strand, welcher in unmittelbarer Nähe ist, ist einfach traumhaft. Danke, für die schöne Zeit in der Villa!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Das Ferienhaus ist traumhaft schön und bei der Übergabe perfekt gereinigt. Die Übergabe war super entspannt. Michele hat uns mit allen nötigen Informationen zur Umgebung versorgt und stand jederzeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Verfügung (danke nochmals für das leckere Olivenöl). Das Ferienhaus liegt fußläufig am Strand, der nie überlaufen war. Auch die anderen Strände und Städte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch der Check Out verlief angenehm. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können Michele und sein Ferienhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Mille grazie caro Michele

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten 14 wundervolle Tage in, an und um die Villa Gio herum. Die Anreise war reibungslos, und das Ferienhaus entspricht der Beschreibung im Exposé - nein- eigentlich übertraf es in Natur diese noch . Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus , v.a. eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche . Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ein schöner Garten und eine tolle Terrasse- die zum Zeit verbringen einlädt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch war die Kommunikation in der Zeit des Aufenthalts bei Fragen problemlos möglich. Die Lage ist auch ruhig eine Siedlung aus Ferienhäusern, v.a. mit Kindern ein Traum. Der Strand - der wirklich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus weg ist ist wirklich wunderschön- feiner Sandstrand - wenig Steine inklusive einer Strandbar / Restaurant wo man gut die heißen Mittagsstunden verbringen kann.

Perfect for relaxing

The holiday chalet is highly recommended. Nothing is missing and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a butcher nearby with good offers. The area is not so touristy and crowded and therefore good for relaxing.

Beautiful house & location!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Gio! The house is beautiful, very comfortable, well equipped, and impeccably clean with a lovely garden, a BBQ, and a big outdoor terrace with different seating areas. It is located in a quiet area and just a short walk from a very scenic, sandy beach -- perfect for kids -- and a small beach restaurant. There is also a mini-market round the corner which is open during the main season (starting 01 June). A great place to relax and unwind! The host, Michele, is absolutely fantastic! We arrived very late due to a late flight, and on our arrival, everything was set up for us (including travel cots for the kids). Michele even left some drinks, pasta, and snacks for us, which was highly appreciated after our long journey. He also provided us with lots of information on restaurants and shops in the area -- and could be reached 24/7, always willing to help if needed. Mille graze, Michele!

Wonderful and quite place, very close from beach

we enjoyed our stay at villa gio a lot! the house and the surroundings are nice and its only a few minutes walk to the beach. grocery and restaurants are a little further away but still ok for the season. the communication with michele was super nice and easy. we‘d love to come again.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an willkommen und zuhause gefühlt. Michele hat uns persönlich empfangen, um uns durch die Unterkunft zu führen und hat uns sogar ein kleines Willkommenspaket überreicht (u.a. mit selbstgemachtem Likör und Olivenöl). Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Zimmer groß und das Haus gut isoliert, sodass es innen trotz hoher Außentemperaturen nicht all zu heiß wurde. Ein toller, sauberer Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und ideal für kleine Kinder, da der Einstieg sehr lange flach ist. Michele war vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes immer zu erreichen und hat uns mit vielen Informationen und Tipps versorgt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

La nostra vacanza a Villa Giò è iniziata il 20 agosto ed è durata 3 settimane. Negli anni abbiamo girato varie zone della Sardegna da nord a sud sempre affittando ville indipendenti , ma mai come quest'anno abbiamo trovato la completezza di quello che volevamo. Riservatezza, comodità, pulizia, equipaggiamento. In cucina non mancava nulla e se diciamo nulla intendiamo che anche le persone più esigenti si arrendono alla perfezione. Abbiamo trovato lenzuola asciugamani bagno completi, teli mare, spiaggine ,ombrellone , insomma considerato tutto una sistemazione a 5 stelle , senza considerare la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari, belle e care persone. Sicuramente ci torneremo perchè è un posto speciale. Grazie di tutto a Giordana e Michele.......senza dimenticare Daniela a cui rivolgiamo un saluto sincero.
