“This is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.”

“This place was really great for an affordable price! The staff was super nice and even brought us extra towels while we were at the pool without even asking. My kids loved the pool, and I think it's better than a lot of indoor hotel pools. The location is a quiet and secluded area of Tyler, but easy to reach everything. We will definitely be staying here again when we have baseball games in the area! ❤️”

“We've stayed here a few times before, however this was the first time being able to use the pool area. My girls loved it. However we do wish they would do soemthing a little safer with the hot tub area, either fix and refill it or something else to where there isnt an open space with lose rocks. My daughter is 3 and austisic and it made it hard for her to understand that wasnt a play area. We also wish the beautiful rock water fountain was on and running. Over all it is a very nice place, our……
