“Very nice staff different with Patong Beach hotel. Staffs smiling as always and provided good service to all of us.
Kids love the private swimming pool and hotel facility. Very close to the turtle shopping mall and we can buy everythings and cook breakfast every morning. Good expenience for our kids feed the turtle. And we can stay in Hotel whole day.
Although little be far away from the beach but we can riding a bicycle to the beach within 5 minutes. Also, we can call the stuttle bus direct……

“The apartment-style guest rooms were very spacious and family friendly. There is also working kitchen provided with utensils. There was a washing machine as well! The location is great - very close to the airport. They also provided with free pickup from the airport, which was super helpful given that it was very late at night and it was our first time visit to the country. Check out was easy as well. “We appreciate the reception and the property. The area is walkable, touristry, and a bit expensive. But the overall beauty is worth it with the rooftop pool and several beaches nearby. For the rooms, they are clean with good wifi and awesome showers. The balconies offer great views. The walls are fairly thin and you can hear your neighbor's activity. ”

"門鎖不能正常使用，和酒店前台溝通三次之後，酒店前台服務員才跟隨我們去到房間，職員鎖匙咭能夠開啟門口，顧客鎖匙不能夠使用。導致我們花費了1小時才入到房間。 並且不能夠即時安排更換房間，也不能夠即時維修，第二日方才維修。"

"A nice small hotel located near the Phuket international airport. It has free airport pick up and transfer services, but if you want to walk, it takes only less than 10mins to walk from the exit 1 of international terminal, if taking the short cut. It is a bit expensive compared to other hotels in the area, but its rooms are very new, very clean, quite nice, and it also has free bicycle for rent. A good choice if you will spend at least half a day in the area (instead of just staying for the night of arrival / before departure).
Be mindful that the window is made of one-way mirror so if you turn on the light in the room when the outside is dark, people outside can see the room clearly while it is like an mirror when you look from the room inside."
